"Beautiful chalet stay, amazing restaurant, a stones through away from the beach and a 15min walk from town. Absolutely loved staying here. Pool is very cold though but that's ok as the lake is right there anyway."

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"The place is clean and neat, but does not come with basic things you normally find in VRBO stays. No paper towels, coffee, ect. Beautiful views, but if you plan to sleep, this is not the place. There is no A/C in this apartment, so you have to leave all the windows open to try to catch a breeze to stay somewhat cool. The Ferry starts very early, and it's extremely loud. We had people partying right outside our window until 4:00am, popping beers and carrying on. If sleep isn't your forte,...

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful overlooking the lake and the mountains, it takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, gym and pool are magnificent and breakfast each morning is wonderful. I cried when we left!"

Amazing all around

"Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."
