Lake Geneva Holidays

Our room had a mold issue around the window. (427) The room itself did not smell good. The fridge didn’t keep the food cold. The room was very dusty. The plug under the beside table was disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheets and blankets were clean, the towels were nice and white. The staff were all very kind, courteous and caring. The pool had been closed, the staff opened it for the weekend, which was great, however the aweful smell in the pool room .. well, it was aweful! The water was chilly but clean. The breakfast was very good. There was no lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The new girl who worked on Tuesday night was very patient and had a great attitude. I could tell she was getting overwhelmed, however she handled herself professionally, still being courteous and attentive. Yama I did not feel acted as such. I feel he was rude and the completely opposite. Being the supervisor I was not at all comfortable in him handling any issue. He was not some one I would ever want to deal with again. Property pool was smaller than pictures very crowded with not enough towels. Not relaxing very loud and unruly.
