"The hotel was really nice until I got to the room and was ready for bed. The bed had hair under the sheets. Look like the sheets was not changed. The towels had a brown stain on it like they did not give us new towels. also when I took my complaint the front desk man he offered me points to the hotel. He fake fake like he was typing in my information like my email, but wasn’t I wasn’t trying to write a bad review."

"Door card didn’t work but staff woman saw me walking back to check-in and knew I had just checked in. She kindly walked me back to the room and let me in saving me a walk to the front desk. "

"I’ve stayed at this property multiple years in a row and it’s more than efficient however I was in a room close to the back door that wasn’t secured. In other words the lock that was supposed to secure it was not-in effect. Definite safety problem however with that said I’ll or be returning next year."

"Safe didnt worknand nobody knew english well enough to help.me with it... Destiny an employee at the front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us arrange rides to and from a concert in the next town..wonderful stay with the exception of the issue with the safe."
