"ce n est pas du tout celui que j avais réservé : il était prévu 30 rue de la petite Provence et est devenu 5 place du mal Joffre. Si on peut appeler ça un appartement : très petit , pas de fenêtre , très vieillot, une seule prise de courant à moitié arrachée et un seul interrupteur ,impossible d aérer un peu douche impossible trop petite, Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la triste prestation et bien au-dessus de ce qui se pratique autour Je suis vraiment déçu d avoir été pris pour un ane"

"Nous avons passé de superbes vacances d'été en famille. La maison est exceptionnelle avec ses 6 chambres. Mon papa ne supportant pas la chaleur, il a pu se ressourcer à l'étage dans le salon climatisé, nous ne la mettions même pas en bas mais elle fonctionne très bien. Beaucoup d'équipements, de vaisselle, tout est pensé pour fonctionner en famille nombreuse. De 3 ans à 60 ans en passant par les ados, chacun a pu se créer des merveilleux souvenirs en famille. "Our extended family group (2 families + grandparent+visiting friends) had a fabulous stay at Martin's holiday home. The children in our group loved the pool and spent hours in it, while the adults especially enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful garden, all accompanied by the sound of fresh running water from the mountains. "Great location and a nice traditional comfortable villa with lots of space for all of us and really well stocked. The outside of the villa looks a little in need of repair in places but very chic and in keeping with the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to water restrictions but it looked great - also had a few issues with power cuts but they were resolved really quickly by the caretaker and hosts. Worst reception ever and possible fraud issues

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
