"We had a fantastic stay at Redwood Hall Hotel, the room was absolutely perfect, generous in size and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom could do with an update but this didn’t affect our stay at all. The spa area, pool and gym were all excellent as well, would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to come back sometime!! "

"Room was lovely and comfortable however we woke up to no hot water in the whole hotel however I know this isn’t their fault so not marked down for that. One way they did excel is my son has a nut allergy and the restaurant staff were amazing. Brought him fresh food cooked separately rather than breakfast buffet and even provided new cutlery, napkin etc. we have never received this kind of attention to detail ever. It was much appreciated "

"Check in was easy and quick and Lilly was so sweet. Room is fantastic - the bunk beds were perfect for our two boys. And the location is perfect. We walked from the train station and we are across the street from St. James Park so our boys were thrilled !"
