Newly refurbished one bedroom first floor apartment situated in the Largs and 5mins from the promenade. Free on street parking and all on one level, our apartment offers open plan living/fully equipped kitchen, one kingsize room (which can be made into twin beds) and a double sofa bed. There is a small external courtyard space. Largs is a lovely small seaside town with a variety of cafe, restaurant and bars catering for all tastes. 
 IMPORTANT   Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail toadhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.  Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.  No pets allowed

Coastal flat
Flat was a let down, sofa was soo uncomfortable my back was aching, totally collapsed cushions, bathroom was awful, so narrow, no mirror, no hand rails, no rubber mat in the bath ,which made it slippery, and no floor matt, very difficult to manoeuvre and quite dangerous, no hooks for towels for clothes, will not recommend

First floor tenement apartment in the centre of Largs. The apartment has seen better days. Jaded decoration with some paint peeling off the walls. 1. Carpets badly needed cleaning as there was a visible dirt track. 2. Kitchen kick board loose and collapsed. Had to replace it into position on occasions. 3. Apartment repainting necessary. 4.Found a used sanitary towel in the bathroom bin. 5.Coffee table was unsafe as it was ready to collapse. Management informed they would change it. In two weeks stay this never happened. 6.One set of towels for a two week stay. 7. One tea towel. 8.Three tiny saucepans. Had to purchase adequate saucepans in local shop to cook. 9. No bin liners. 10. One dirty dish scrubbing pad. 11. No fixed mirror in bathroom - one tiny shaving mirror supplied. Totally unacceptable. 12. Entering the bath shower is unsafe. Alighting from bath shower is totally unsafe as one can easily trip. No safety handles available. No where to hang a towel in bathroom. No cleaning products supplied, eg toilet cleaner, bleach. Nothing. Blind in bedroom was so difficult to open and i was afraid to break the blind cord which meant i couldn't fully open blind. Suggest black-out curtains in bedroom. Good heating. Been visiting Largs for many years and this has to be worst place ive stayed in. Never again.

Very good.
We stayed here for the weekend to attend the Viking Festival. Location was perfect. Neighbours very friendly and welcoming. The flat itself was perhaps a little smaller than I expected and very sparse as far as bed and pillow covers and towels. There were 4 adults staying but only towels supplied for two. The duvet and pillows were missing covers for the bed settee. Other than that we loved our time in Largs.

Clean and comfortable first floor flat. Light and airy rooms. Central location. Easy access to the seafront, where Wetherspoons serve a delicious and good value breakfast whilst watching the ferries come and go. Recommended!

Was told there was internet. Internet was broken tried to communicate many times with Pillow Partners responded only hatter many days No towel racks to hang wet towels As for a rebate because they falsely advertised they had internet and we had to spend 60pounds on SIM cards and data because of this
