Great location
Spacious house in a nice neighborhood. Could have been a better backyard view if it weren’t for the neighbor’s RV. The next door neighbor’s dog barked quite a bit when they were gone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably book this again.

Great Location
This property is close to the University and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The living room and kitchen are huge! The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Property - Fit our needs 100%
Just us two and our four legged fur ball but we would have been just as comfortable if joined by another couple. Loved the open space design and allowance to use garage. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to Oregon Mountains.

Great Las Cruces location
Great 2 bedroom 2 bath near the mall and NMSU Fence back yard, for pet play. Grill was great. Kitchen has been remodeled and is so quaint. You won't be disappointed with this vacation rental

Short weekend stay
The property was very clean, and the communication with the owner was stellar. I didn't give the property a 5 star because there was no soap in the bathrooms -hand or bar. There are no hairdryers either. The beds were comfortable.

Super cute place!
We really liked this house. It was very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The only draw back was the barking dogs on the other side of the yard. This is out of the owners control but still affected our stay a bit because our dogs were distracted when we needed them to go outside and potty. Overall great place though.

SOOO much better than a hotel!!!
This was my first experience staying at a VRBO and it convinced me to always check availability of VRBO before checking out hotels when I travel. I could not have been more pleased! Jesse was always very reachable for any questions or requests I had. This property was perfect for our visit to Las Cruces! We traveled with my daughter's dog and this place had a cute backyard. It was spacious, the beds were very comfy, it was located right near the freeway and the mall, the kitchen was amazing and it had every amenity that you could need. And the price was better than the hotel close by!! Couldn't have been a better experience.

Home was nice, with open living room and kitchen area. Bedrooms were good size. House is centrally located, close to university, and local stores, and restaurants. It could use some deep cleaning, couches had a sweat smell, probably from prior guests. We were peovided a code for front door, it worked well. Also given a key for security gate, but could not use it, the lock needs to be lubricated, I was afraid to use it, it was to hard to even turn the key. Didn’t want to break it. House is nice, I do recommend it.

Las Cruces long weekend
The size and location of house to the missile range and National Park is excellent. The tub shower is very slippery and is dangerous. I am 74 and I need a grab bar or a non-slick substance on the tub. Checking in was terrible. Thank goodness for the VRBO Help Line. We were not given the code the day before or even the day of arrival by the owner. The home has two large bedrooms, and this place could accommodate a family of 5 -6. Kitchen and open space were great.

Whole enchilada
We were in town to watch 2 nephews play in the whole enchilada soccer tournament. We’ve stayed on the property before. Everything about the house is lovely. It’s conveniently located, well cared for, and has all the amenities we need.

Wonderful neighborhood.
The neighborhood was great, and the house was super cute. I loved every little detail and the sitting room was my favorite. If I come to Las Cruces again, I would definitely stay here. The cleaning could’ve been a Bit better. In my bathroom, the tub hadn’t been cleaned, and there was an old bar of soap with hair attached. The floors were pretty dirty as well. Other than the cleaning, I felt comfortable in the house and I really enjoyed my stay.

We only stayed a quick overnight so not a lot to say. There were limited utensils to use and no detergent for the washing machine that we could find, but everything else was quite good.

Side by side duplex. Problems with lock on exterior security door. Master bedroom very dark. Bathroom drains were missing stoppers. Not enough silverware, furniture or towels

Very clean and close to everything
Jesse was a great host, very responsive to all our needs. The home was very clean and well appointed. The only negatives would be that the backyard needs attention and there was no hairdryer as the description stated. But those are very small inconveniences. Overall an excellent experience.
