"Very attentive, friendly and polite staff. There was a wide choice of food in the very clean dining room but the lighting made it feel like a canteen. Food/plates could have been hotter though a microwave oven was available. "Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. "A wonderful hotel! We spent up for an ocean view room to celebrate my husbands retirement. It was well worth it! The staff were amazing from check in on. A bottle of champagne was chilled and waiting and the morning staff and food choices were incredible in the Sea Gril. Of course champagne was on offer as was an assortment of plant based options along with fresh gluten free breads, cakes and cookies. The view on the deck is pure magic!"
