"Claudia was extremely helpful the whole time we were there and was always on hand if we needed her. She was lovely and very helpful. The property is lovely especially the outside area that is split on two levels, one being the pool and one being the top area which was lovely for dining. There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid. "Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it!
