No one at the front desk to check us in. Waited in the casino smoke for 20min until someone finally showed up. Room was grim. Cheap, but grim. Good water pressure though, and plenty of police cars patrolling around outside...

So, my room was in the back and there was a brick wall behind where I parked behind. The brick wall was a bunch of crackheads meth heads drug addicts, just lightened up their drugs, and it carried over to the property and I could smell it. It was horrible not to mention when I open up my curtain, that’s what I saw bombs and crackheads and drug addicts using a bathroom, taking drugs and doing doing all kinds of stuff so it was not pleasant

Rooms are filthy… carpets stained.. do not take off your shoes! Everything stunk of cigarette smoke. We couldn’t even sit on the sofa it was so smelly and filthy! Holes in the doors ,paint peeling! AC not working! HK never came in and we were there for 4 days! Staff very nice..

Ugh, just disgusting. The room was dirty. Smelled of tobacco smoke. Small pieces of trash on the bathroom floor. No blankets, the coffee maker looked like a thrift store reject. Phone in room did not work. In all my years of staying in hotels and motels, this was the worst. The owners should be made to sleep in their units. All the money they make from gamblers, they could update it this century. Shame on them.

A few things were in disrepair, which I reported to the front desk (items: missing lampshade, HVAC vent not attached to wall in second room, globe not on light - it was sitting in a corner of the closet, missing luggage stand.

There is coffee machine but not drinking water in room . We called to service counter they said we have to buy outside 😀 At restaurant staff are so nice good service and good food and good price . Room floor rug is not very good .
