very comfortable single floor house, very spacious areas; 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large terrace, pool, very pleasant gardens, security guards 24/7. The location of the house is privileged, it is close to everything (the strip is 6 minutes away), excellent restaurants, banks, shopping centers, supermarkets. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sofa and a giant 75-inch TV, the bathroom has two sinks, all lined with marble, shower, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a full bathroom with closet, bedroom 3 has a single bed with a private bathroom (a total of 5 people can sleep comfortably). 2 living rooms, familyroom with 65 inches.TV, kitchenfully equiped granite top.
