"So everything the advertiser is way not how it is when you show up. Ever give the, your card for your security deposit. They took $99 usd from me 5 weeks ago I’ve callled management went there in person. They just say it’s processing. It’s not they are stealing fractional interest. Every card that is charged that goes into a pull of money the collect and won’t return yours. Tomor will be we 6 of pending room charge they said they were returning. I didn’t have any damage or smoke. At one point the told me 90 days it takes to process the obviously stole it and will steal yours welcome to Bangkok."

"Staff was always friendly and helpful. Arranging taxis and giving very accurate estimates for times to destinations kept me on time for excursions. The room was spacious. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast buffet had a great selection to choose from. The restaurant food was delicious. "

"My wife and i are so happy with our stay in our room. Everything we expected was good. The money we spent was worth it. The only thing we weren’t happy with was our dinner at the Sirocco. The server Jake was very accommodating & gave us extra bread and even complimentary dessert. However the beer was way overpriced, $18 cad (450 thai bhat) for beer is insane! Same goes for the whole menu, way too expensive! For the price of beer i paid for, imagine how much my main course was? "

"The hotel is located on a very busy road but it is very quiet and peaceful inside. the room was large and quiet. I did get the airport pickup - note there is a hotel transport desk after baggage claim at B Door exit for Gate 5 where the hotels can be contacted. Note -the hotel runs on an hourly schedule or as requested. The breakfast was abundant of hot and cold Asian and European about $15. I used the outdoor pool which was enjoyable. there is an extensive gym as well. The concierge was helpful in directing me to get passport photos for Laos just a few minutes down the road. Note- you can pay $1 at Laos airport and they take a screenshot of your passport photo. Only one photo is necessary. Also note flights to Laos are at another airport."
