We loved our stay although slots were not cooperative one day 2 but had fun. Clean quiet rooms and we requested a king bed and high and we had both. Staff were excellent at accommodating. So happy to see Keurig machine so you can buy extra pods easily. Housekeeping did our room later in the day which really wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated.

The valet parking attendant was very rude and extremely unpleasant to a handicap, older woman He wouldn’t answer me and he wouldn’t even look at me. And raised his voice to me and told me you’re in the wrong parking. You have to move over which meant we had to drive all the way around and wait back in line.

I have stayed at this property countless times and have never dealt with the issues I experienced during this stay. At 2am, the fire alarm began going off. The alarm is located directly above the bed and is so loud that my ears are still ringing. The first alarm went off for several minutes and then stopped with absolutely no indication or information about what has happening……. Only a brief announcement about them investing the issue and would provide updates. I had finally just fallen back asleep when the alarm and brief message started again. This happened several times throughout the night and at around 8:00am when I was preparing to get ready for my appointments it was still happening. After having a sleepless night, my heading pounding from the obnoxiously loud fire alarm, my ears still ringing and being completely exhausted, I called the front desk to ensure I would be receiving a full refund for one night I spent at the hotel and that I would not be charged an astronomical resort fee. The woman that answered the phone was very defensive. This was the first information I received from anyone at the hotel informing me that there was no fire (I assumed that) and there was an issue with the fire alarm. I was told that she would be talking to a manager regarding compensation and would get back to me. She took down my room number and that was it. Dirty sheets/towels were left on the floor in the hallways and parking was a nightmare. Very disappointing.

We loved everything! The people that come along to clean the machines and empty ashtrays, etc. were so kind. They made sure the cocktail waitstaff came over to offer us drinks. Now THAT is above and beyond. The check-in process is always easy. We seem to have the same gal each time we are there. So accommodating. Next time I wil pay attention to their names in hopes they get the recognition they so deserve.

Convenient, felt area and hotel was safe. Room mostly clean, doubt bathroom floor had been cleaned lately. Wish hotels would not purchase the small individual plastic containers of shampoo etc! One time use then in the landfills. Have seen some hotels have the pump style refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning giant units outside can be heard all the way to the 9th floor. Was not able to sleep from the noise. The staff is excellant and it is a safe place. Could use some renovations in the rooms and the carpeting in the halls.

Great stay, just not used to smoking everywhere. Clean room comfortable firm bed, mini fridge, no microwave this is a dated hotel/casino which we enjoy 😊 Breakfast at the Aquarius Cafe is Fantastic both quality and price 👍
