"Wow, what can I say? This place was awesome! The host was thorough in communicating, welcoming, and responsive. The apartment itself was sooo nice. Spacious, clean, quiet, modern-looking...I loved it. We had the Oceania apartment which had one bedroom with a bed for two people, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room big enough for two people. There was a kitchen and a small dining area, as well as a very clean bathroom! We were right next to multiple restaurants with beautiful views of the town. The area was extremely walkable as well. Our trip to Mijas was just overnight, and honestly, I had absolutely no idea what to expect before we drove into town. It's one of those beautiful old-style, white-building towns on the mountainside that you see on TV, magazines, or the Internet...I was floored that we got so lucky. I will DEFINITELY be going back, and next time, we'll book the same location! I highly recommend it...you won't regret it!! ☺️"

"We had a wonderful week. The villa was amazing, and so much to do. The swimming pool, with inflatables, karaoke, table tennis, football game, basket ball, a pool table and the list goes on. Very clean and well eqipped, tv in all the bedrooms. It realĺy is the perfect villa. The chickens are so adorable, and the fresh eggs were delicious, far too many for us to eat. Our hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was the best it could be. Thank you both so much. We hope to come back one day."

"Great Villa, very well equipped. Nice pool and great BBQ area for some chilled nights listening to music and playing games with the kids. Plenty for the kids as you can see on the photos. We did hire a car which was very useful as we could get out more to visit the beaches etc which was far more cost effective than our friends who chose not to and spent more on transfers and taxis. If your intention is not to venture out, you can manage without a car. Get a taxi to town, roughly 6-8 mins away where there is a Mercadona and smaller shops for supplies, bars & restaurants. If you fancy a walk, 25-30 min stroll down hill, you can always get an uber or taxi back if you don’t fancy the walk. Hosts Mari & Antonio were very helpful and were very quick to respond if we had any questions.Would definitely book again. "

"We loved the property. Loads of space. The pool was great and used alot. It wasnt heated but once you were in the water it was lovely. Games room was great. Home from home with kitchen amenities. Beautiful veranda for the evenings to watch the sunset. Tasty fresh oranges and lemons everyday from the trees in the garden. There are some ants about!Remote location and very private. Felt very safe there. A rental car is a must to get around. 35 mins to Torremolinos which is great for shopping, dining and lively atmosphere. Perhaps some up to date info about the town itself of Alhaurin el Grande. We only discovered the main area towards the end of our holiday. We would have definitely spent more time there if we had known it from the beginning. Would be useful to have google map links to places of interest.Our host Jo & caretaker Faye were very responsive to any queries we had. Its a beautiful Villa and we loved our stay there."
