"Travelled in April so reasonably quiet. Liked the area but nicer to have a car at least for a couple of days to explore. Hotel room okay for two adults and two children and view of the pool was nice. Staff on reception were lovely and helpful. "Wifi never works"

"This is the only time I’ve ever written a bad review for a hotel. I don’t want other people to be tricked by this place and experience I went through. It is completely off the beaten path and around nothing. You have to park far far away from the room. THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. It was 27° in my room throughout the night. So hot I had to sleep with a wet towel over me. The only “ac” that’s coming in is hot air from the outside - all of which is cigarette smoke. You can only get into the...

"This is a beautiful property tucked away close to Santa Teresa. There is a quiet, secluded beach in front of the hotel with beach chairs, and the also has a nice pool. There was a beach restaurant on top of the main hotel restaurant. The beach also offer private boat rentals and chartered boat rentals which was the best part as we could easily get to La Madalina Island. The breakfast buffet was decent. Dinner was terrible. "Dear iec and staff were great. Just lack breakfast lunch and dinner options. Breakfast could improve with more hot breakfast. Only a buffet lunch available which is very limited. Pool cafe only does sandwiches. Hot food or even French fries would be good. No fresh ice cream either. Dinner is a set menu with limited options.
