A uniquely designed & crafted stay with modern amenities. This newly renovated home is indeed “neat” and perfect for visitors of all kinds. Located in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of the Bluegrass and Bourbon Trail - only 10 minutes from Four Roses and Wild Turkey Distilleries -and- 25 minutes from Lexington/Keeneland. Large fenced-in yard for games, kids, and pups- plus a fire-pit & lounge area for bourbon sipping and storytelling. All proof that this is a space for memories to be made.

The house is well furnished and clean. Very nice accommodations overall. Close to major distilleries and wineries along with convenient grocery shopping

Quite place to stay along the bourbon trail
We had a great time checking out the distilleries along the bourbon trail and this house was perfect for us. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the hosts were even kind enough to drop off firewood for us during our stay!

Neat stay at the Neat House
Home was very clean and close to so many distilleries. Neighborhood was so/so but we had no problems and the neighbors did say hi when out. The owners have prepared for all your needs. Mattresses seemed new and comfortable. If I had one complaint, it would be to have more comfortable furniture to kick back on. This by no means changes our 5 star review though.
