"Hotellets sentrale deler er under oppussing. Dette medførte at viktige funksjoner åpenbart var ute av funksjon: ikke kjøkken, ikke restaurant, ikke resepsjonstjenester, ingen betalingsterminal. Rommet var meget slitt. Oppvaskmaskinen var full av uvasket bestikk og kjøkkenutstyr. En av dyrene var sterkt tilgriset av blod.
