Our family villa "feet in the water" is located in a small fishing village called Minihic / Rance. On the tip of the Landriais hold, sheltered from the winds and in an exceptional site classified by UNESCO.
Located 5 minutes from Dinard, 10 minutes from St Malo and 15 minutes from Dinan, the villa is central to all excursions and discoveries in our region.
Characterful accommodation on 140 m2 with a warm and friendly seaside decoration. Large living room, fireplace, dining area for 10 people, open kitchen, office area. All overlooking the large equipped terrace: lounge dining chairs, 6 barbecue places "..Southeast exposure and an exceptional 180 ° sea view from all the rooms of the house. Direct access to the beach and the harbor below the house by private road. 2 large bedrooms, balcony with sea view bathroom, separate WC.
The fenced, equipped garden (3000 m2) overlooking the sea, sandboxes, games ... Trampoline ... Parking, yard and land close. Direct access to the beach and the small port by private road.

A rallying point for our family, we leave everything we love to find there each year. Everything is at your disposal. It is a family home where generations have crossed paths with them for over 30 years and where children are king!

Caretaker (Barbara) is on site, attached and at your disposal.

Beautiful views in a lovely location
A great holiday home on the first and second floor of a bautiful house overlooking the water. It is tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen. The best part, the views from both bedrooms and the open plan first floor. There is a lovely big balcony with dining table and deck chairs and you have full use of the garden. To the side of the house there are steps leading down to the water, you can swim, paddleboard, kayak etc from the slipway and there is a tiny beach too. It is really safe for swimming and used by the villagers. There is a lovely coastal path going past the house and so much to see in the area. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to go back!

brilliant location, house not as described
This is not sole use of the house as advertised. The owner lives on the ground floor. This is actually a duplex apartment with living space and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Only one shower, not two as expected. Contrary to VRBO TV adverts the garden is not for sole use and we did not in fact use it as it was continually overlooked.

Très bonne location
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de famille, l'emplacement est très bien situé , face à la mer et proche des différents lieux touristiques. Barbara nous a très bien accueilli et fourni des renseignements appropriés . Bonne communication entre nous. La literie est excellente et la déco nous rappelle la mer.Nous y retournerons volontiers .

Sehr freundiche Vermietern Barba. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft: Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung und nicht um eine Villa. Die Vemieterin wohnt im Parterre des gleichen Hauses, nicht etwa im gleichen Ort. Trotzdem ein erspriessliches Zusammenleben Ein Wahnsinnsausblick von der Terrasse.

Un cadre magnifique, vu splendide avec un accès facile à la mer et des sentiers de promenade. La maison est très agréable avec vu mer et avec un grand jardin pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants. Un grand merci à Barbara qui est au petit soin et donne les bons plan du coin.

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Die Küche ist mit allen Koch- utensilien bestückt. Absolut ruhige Lage auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit einem traumhaft schönen Blick auf die See. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt,sodass mein Hund frei laufen konnte. Die Vermieterin hat mich pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen.Erwähnen möchte ich noch ihre freundliche Art und Hilfsbereitschaft. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt wert.

Propriété très agréable mais occupée en partie
1ere expérience avec un propriétaire habitant au rdc de la maison louée. Bien que Barbara soit très agréable et serviable, il n'est pas évident de prendre ses marques. Nous avons passé un bon séjour entourés de nature et d'eau.

Magnifique
La maison de Barbara est très agréable, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Très bien située, dans un endroit privilégié au calme et au bord de l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur la Rance. Barbara a tout prévu pour que nous passions un très bon séjour, il ne manque rien. Tout est a proximité pour visiter cette très belle région et les conseils de Barbara sont très utiles ! Après des journées bien remplies dans une journée touristique, quel bonheur de se retrouver au calme. Un seul regret, nous sommes venus seulement 4 jours, c'est beaucoup trop court ! Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir.

Vue exceptionnelle sur la Rance
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison de vacances, très lumineuse, au calme et très bien équipée. La literie est de grande qualité, c’est très rare dans une location. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Barbara qui nous a bien informés des sites à visiter. Nous recommandons cette location pour sa situation géographique idéale pour découvrir Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, le Mont Saint Michel.

Vue extraordinaire sur les îlots de la Rance
Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans la région. La vue du salon, de la terrasse ou de la chambre est époustouflante. La propriétaire de la maison est très accueillante et fournit de très bons conseils pour les visites, les restaurants ou encore pour les commerces. Le village est très bien situé pour aller visiter les merveilles environnantes (St-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel...). Il faudra absolument que nous revenions l'été afin de profiter pleinement de la plage située en contre-bas de la maison !
