"We never saw or met anyone who worked there, but it wasn't necessary because of the excellent communication we received before checking in. We were provided with a phone number to text if we had any needs or questions and our text was returned promptly. We found the room spotlessly clean and in good condition. We were wary of the switch but decided to rebook. We were given the wrong code for checkin. The host was very responsive and checked to make sure we got in.
