"Excellent location if you're a Theater District fan and love Covent Garden and the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well. The area felt safe, even at night. "

"Check in was easy , the room was clean and spacious . Bit disappoint there wasn’t any complimentary water especially as it was so hot outside. Air on was good and room was very quiet. The staff were very helpful . Really good for getting around - Bus stops outside and Tube 5 min walk "

"Right across the street from the train station, making the city easy to access. Clean lobby, quiet halls, tasty coffee. Easy check in process and not too far from Big Ben. Coming from America, communication was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! "

"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was."
