Staff and facilities were great however two intrusions. Was initially checked into the wrong room - regular king instead of suite as-reserved. Was awakened at 4:30 by what sounded like a vacuum cleaner or large equipment upstairs from our room. No fault of the property, but Marriott Bonvoy app password reset does not work, so no points for this stay, a dissatisfier.

There were flies in my room. For 4 days out of 6. I alerted housekeeping and front desk. I was going to move myself across the hall but the room was 78 degrees and I was concerned the thermostat was broken so I stayed in my original room. The shower light was out in the bathroom. The TV kept losing its connection so it blacked out regularly. The bed was great! The shower and shower products were great! And overall the staff was very nice.

Very convenient location. Room was large and comfortable but temperature fluctuated all night—cold/hot/cold/hot all night. Made for interrupted sleep.
