"The hotel was 20 minutes walk out of old town but in a nice neighbourhood with some great local cafes. The hotel was good but lacked a few things...The wifi was slow and not really accessible from pool area.. No milk pods in room, you had to purchase it from their pantry... The pillows were too soft and had no support We asked for more firm, possibly with neck support and they gave us a flat sponge pillow, no night than an inch, I've ended up with sore neck and shoulders from our 6 nights...

"This was my second time staying at the masseria in two months. I stayed here in July with a friend and returned in September with my mother. In both stays, the staff at this family run hotel was extremely warm and helpful. All of our requests were accommodated. For example, when i needed to use my work computer and could not do to security settings on my laptop, the staff logged me onto the staff wifi rather than the unsecured guest wifi (this is something other hotels refuse to do). "This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations.
