The Lakeside Villa at the Lakes By Yoo, Cotswolds

The Lakeside Villa has views across the lake and meadow on the far shore. Suitable for 8 adults or 11 people including children.

The spacious property has a superb lakeside terrace and top floor solarium, extensive entertaining space featuring banquette dining snug, relaxation and home cinema zone. The house features luxury soaps from 100 Acres.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, just 90 minutes from London, The Lakes is a rural luxury estate spread across 850-acres of freshwater lakes, meadows and woodland.

Full on-site spa facilities including indoor heated pool and gym. Open to rental guests from 2.00pm to 5.00pm, 7 days a week. Spa treatments can also be booked - please refer to the Lakes By Yoo website for a full menu.

Please note that from 1st October to 31st March each year the access to the lakes is suspended in order to protect the over-wintering bird population. This restriction applies to kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming.

A wonderful weekend
We had a wonderful time. The house is stunning; the location is fantastic and the host was absolutely brilliant in being supportive and available for questions at all times during our stay. Likewise the security gate managers were so helpful, and all the staff at the cafe and pool were just so nice. The property has amazing views of the lake, it had all the facilities and equipment we needed and was very comfortable for 6 adults and a small child. We would definitely book again.
