The People were amazing. Christian, Tim, Felicia were so much fun to chat with during a snow storm. Nice to know the Inn takes good care of there staff.

Lovely room with comfy sitting area and small kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. I love the cozy living room feel of the lobby. Within convenient reach of Lancaster attractions. I had a nice stay!

The only thing good was Kyle at the bar. It was so noisy ALL NIGHT LONG by loud noises made from the hotel. Banging noises, scraping noises, etc. The guest in the room next to us, thought it was us. We said no, it was from downstairs

Property was amazing, beautiful, strikingly decorated with fine furnishings and antiques. Staff was professional and helpful. My only concern would be in our bath room 517, there was some water damage and a little mold on the fan to the right side of the toilet. This was a very small concern and we would definitely return. In fact, we’ve been to the Inn four times.
