"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. "The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. "Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable!
