We have stayed at a couple other locations in Washington and the traffic noise was terrible, not so at this property. Great view of the Missouri River and close to all the activities on Front Street. "Owner greeted us at front desk, nicest guy. Room was large, super comfortable, great bed and pillows, but thin coarse towels, no kleenex, no coffee pot, no breakfast, zero amenities, no frills. A little pricey for bare bones. Reversed barhroom faucet, dumb and easy to fix, slow sink drain, and floor mopping is overdue. We slept well, and we feel bad, but leaving an accurate review is important :-)"

"We had a great time. Played some golf, was a B rate course but for free...me and the competitive wife had a lot of fun. Tennis, pool table, beautiful walks, they made us a fire outside.
