"We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

"The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts. The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking. "There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. "We stayed for new year and have a great time the only thing I would say it when we arrived the lodge was cold and a little damp would have been nice to come into some warmth. Once we left heaters on for a while it warmed up. Pool was great, good in the pub was delicious all round we had a great time "

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...

"Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. "I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "
