Fantastic trip!
We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Centered between all the fun things, close to downtown, easy drive to the trail and convenient to UK.

This beautiful rental made us feel right at home. Location was convenient with grocery and restaurants close by. Fabulous property!!
We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Great open floor plan in the downstairs with the kitchen and living room flowing together to let us all spend time together. Outdoor fire pit was great for the entire group to relax on a chilly evening and spend time around. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Great location, close to race track and grocery store across the street as well.

Wonderful graduation weekend!
We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from University of Kentucky. It was an easy drive into the university for graduation. We enjoyed our time at the house sitting around the fire pit. It was also close to grocery shopping and a good pizza place. The house was comfortable, well decorated and equipped. We don't have another graduate but would definitely stay here again to attend Keeneland or a university event.

Another Wonderful Stay!
Can’t say enough good things about this property! We returned for a second year after our wonderful experience in 2021. Well Located and Super Comfortable
Our family of four had the whole upstairs while we took the K suite downstairs, we enjoyed the space and the equine decor. We were greeted with flowers, cookies, wine and breakfast food ...very generous. Other than Red River, no place we went was more than 30 minutes away. It was fun to walk the 2 blocks to hear music at the Moon Dance outdoor stage. Other highlights were Red State BBQ, Shaker Village, morning horse workout at Keeneland, and Ashland.

Wonderful townhouse - Excellent location
Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room to spread out. It is an excellent location for restaurants, grocery store and Kentucky Horse Park. Jeanette’s thoughtful touches of cookies, flowers and breakfast items were so helpful. The kitchen is well equipped to prep and prepare meals. Words cannot describe how beautiful the place is. Owner did an amazing job decorating. We found beautiful flowers and cookies upon arrival, that was a great personal touch. Half of my crew works in Hospitality for a long time and we know how important that is. The house has everything you need. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit as well and enjoyed grilling the food. Everything was just PERFECT, we didn’t want to leave. Jeannette was awesome in communication, so easy, seems like I know her for a long time! Totally recommend this house to everyone who wants a real Lexington experience. We’ll be back!

Outstanding property, better than we expected. We went to various location in Lexington and this place was the perfect location. We had 3 couples and all had plenty of room and everything we needed.
