Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Newly built Farmhouse! This is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy all that Lexington has to offer. The home has been professionally decorated with high end furniture and is stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal in the kitchen. The home also features a hot tub, game room for the kids, and ample outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful weather under the covered porch. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This amazing home has been designed and decorated to make your stay as comfortable, fun or relaxing as possible. You'll find all of the basic amenities here including Hulu + Netflix access so you can enjoy some time off while traveling!

Beautiful home

This house was beautifully styled and the layout was perfect for our family of 6. We came to visit the UK, so it was a great location from the university. Kenwick Table a few blocks down was delicious.

Modern Home Near the City

This was a great property for the 6 of us adults. There was plenty of rooms and we loved that every room had king size beds and their own bathroom. The property was very clean with modern furnishings. There’s a cute coffee shop walking distance down the street. Seth was great! Easy to get hold of and very communicative about the property. Bourbon and Horses

Three couples made the trip to visit distilleries and horse farms. Great trip, improved by the excellent set-up for us: separate bedrooms and baths for each couple, plenty of common space and comfortable accommodations, and easy access to downtown and surrounding attractions.

We rented this for the weekend for a football game with friends. The house had everything we were looking for. Very spacious, clean, and even had gameroom and hot tub. Check-in and check-out instructions given by the owner were clear and not tedious, as some other vrbo homes i have stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

Men's weekend in Lex

Seth's house was immaculate and had all the amenities and some, for a group of buddies and I. Seth did a wonderful job communicating with me before, during and after our stay. He was super accommodating in responding to any needs we had. My buddies (USMC veterans) and I have been doing a men's weekend in different cities for the past 13 years and Seth's house was the nicest of our stays all round!
