Where Urban meets Bourbon is where you will find this cool and cozy home. Newly renovated, our property is located on the outskirts of downtown of Louden Ave. our property resides on the original farmland of William Warfield. The Meadows was an operable horse farm in the 1800’s and home of the infamous race horse Lexington. If you pay close attention, you may just see him all around town.

Warfield Manor Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable and freshly renovated unit. With ample amounts of storage, stellar décor, and Kentucky pieces throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by a comfortable, classy, and entertaining friendly property.

Featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Warfield features two en-suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the second is located upstairs. The home also has granite counter tops, brand new appliances, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, amazing back patio, large backyard, Roku T.V. in every bedroom, well stocked kithcen, pingpong table, firepit, spacious yard and wireless internet.

Warfield Manor has two en-suites. One on the first floor and the second is on the 2nd floor, each bedroom also features a King bed. Upstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath.

An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. We love furbabies, so reach out to find more information on our pet policy! This property also includes parking! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city.

Lexington get away
This house set up was perfect for four good friends from out of town going to see a performance at the Lexington Opera House. The kitchen was nice and updated, the living room was great and comfy for socializing and we each had our own bedroom for privacy. Would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

Overall, the property and location were perfect. I have a large family and this space was great for us. We visit Lexington, Kentucky often and will likely make this our go to space. There is only one thing that we would like to see done differently. There is a 180 cleaning charge but the space was not as clean as we would have liked. We did not bring our dog this time but there was quite a bit of animal hair on the furniture and floors.

Great location for downtown and getting to UK for football game. Newly renovated house, plenty of room, ping pong table in basement was fun. We enjoyed it. We would all stay here again for sure.

We had a bachelorette party and stayed here overnight. The owners were kind enough to let me decorate, and the house is very nice. We were very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The house is very cute and well appointed, with enough bedrooms and baths for all of us. Kitchen is well designed and the living room big enough for our group of 7. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is great. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is non- slip mat in the shower and bathtubs and a complete handrail on both sets of stairs.

Good central location for all the things we wanted to do. House was very clean and updated nicely. Had issues with the Internet and TV not working the whole stay. The management company was not the easiest to work with in trying to get it fixed while we were there. They eventually resolved the issue after several emails.

The house was immaculate, super cute, lots of charm and, we all felt comfortable. Our first door code at check-in did not work, we messaged the property manager inside the app and, was given a new code right away. The wifi did not work all weekend. I messaged the property manager twice about not having wifi, but no one responded the entire weekend, so as our days wound down, we could not watch TV. This was the only issue we encountered. We didn't realize the wifi wasn't working until Saturday evening as we were out most of the day and night on Friday. My advice to future guests is, to ensure everything is functioning immediately after checking in.

Our group was delighted by the thoughtfulness and cleanliness of the property. It was situated perfectly for us to explore Lexington and it was just a short drive to the Gorge Underground. The home was spacious and set up beautifully.

Spacious, comfortable home
Nice home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood- It's much larger and much nicer inside than the pictures show; the four of us were very happy here. We really appreciated the information left for us about the restaurants (Joe Bologna was our fav) and things to do in the area. Easy to get pretty much everywhere from this house (KY Horse Park, Horse farm tours, and distilleries were on our list) We liked the quality soap and shampoo in the shower... The TV's all worked great and were easy to operate (yay!) The area around this neighborhood isn't great, but it wouldn't stop me from returning here.

The code for entry was incorrect, it took more than an hour for us to access the property. Friday July 4 after returning from the fireworks none of the upstairs A/C units were working. We emailed that night but didn’t get a response, called the emergency maintenance number the next morning and spoke to someone but no call was returned. We were not able to use the upstairs Thursday or Friday due to the heat in the rooms and we still haven’t heard anything

Most comfortable beds ever
First off the beds in this house are amazing. I almost contacted them again to find out what kind they were. AC was working well. Took a little to cool down the upstairs but it got there. Houses are very close together in this neighborhood and the driveway is a little tight in one spot. But at least there was off street parking. Ping pong was fun in the basement. Kitchen was very nice. The upstairs bathroom window hadn’t been closed all the way and a few small gnats had settled in the tub. Not a major issue. We washed em down the drain and properly closed the window. Beds and towels were clean. Had a little issue with the door code not working but they fixed the issue promptly. Overall nice to deal with and the most comfortable beds. Thank you!

Work Trip
While in Lexington for work, our crew of 4 stayed at this wonderful home. It was spacious, clean and quiet. A great place for a family or a workgroup like ours. The place was everything we needed. The host was very good with his communication. House was very clean. House looks small from outside but once inside it was more than enough space for 6 adults. We cooked each day, one thing I would suggest is maybe larger frying pans. The bonus was the individual heating systems for the upstairs bedrooms. I would recommend this home to families and friends.
