"I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. "This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back."

"Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Place was well equipped and enough room for us. The balcony really made this place sitting on a morning with a coffee to on an evening with the sun setting and then looking up at the stars. The views are amazing and made the holiday. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Parking is a bonus although a bit of a trek up the hill. "

"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"Hotel ok but a bit on the corporate commercial side, 20 minutes from town centre where you will find a good selection of restaurants. Restaurant at the hotel nice with very good food, room just like all other big chain hotels so for the price of 200 plus CHF without breakfast a little overpriced. "

"Which was this hotel because of it’s close to the train station as well as the ski tram, which is a short walk. I was doing a ski trip so I made the logistics a lot easier. Didn’t realize that this hotel was in the sports center, which itself is quite impressive with a hockey rink three pools, curling rink, gymnasium, full gym and the bistro.
