Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No service received, I want my money back!

Host is not responding to messages nor phone calls. We had no address, no keys, we had urgently look for other solution. We paid for nothing! I want to report this host to VRBO and other users. I want a refund as we had no service at all!
