"Very unique, vintage Hawaiian accommodation. Great staff! Loved the chickens, roosters and peacocks roaming the property and I loved the cats. Enjoyed live music at the pool area on Mondays and Wednesdays. Happy that we stayed at the Kauai Inn for our first visit to Kauai!"

"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...

"The workers/employees were very nice. The hotel is very old and in need of upgrades. The whole place is old and needs some facelifts and new carpeting."

"This is always our home away from home when we go to Kauai. We have been there several times over the last few years. We love the two bedroom two bath on the ground floor. It is a nice layout and very spacious. Parking is included and very convenient. The hotel is in a great location. Close to the city and also the airport. We will be back!"

"Property well decorated and accommodating with all essentials. Just be aware there’s no A/C and during heat of day it’s quite warm. This property is on the ground floor so limited air flow at certain times of the day. "
