This beautiful home set on 6.5 acres of equine fenced property is located less than 30 minutes central to Benalla and Mansfield alongside the Strathbogie State Forest.
Whether you’re travelling to Mount Buller, visiting Lake Nillahcootie, motorbike riding or after a relaxing equine retreat, this home provides a comfortable living area as well as a safe place for all of your furry friends.

5 x horse paddocks (one with a dam) and a large self contained dog yard with an undercover area.
Local trail riding which creates the perfect country experience!
50x20m sand horse arena with two sets of jump wings and poles.
Large entertaining area with a BBQ and an outdoor setting , right next to the fire pit for those cool nights. If bringing your horse(s), please read compulsory conditions below;

COMPULSORY INDEMNITY, RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Whilst horse riding is a fun and adventurous experience, the safety of all guests is priority!

By confirming your booking, the visitor acknowledges that all aspects of handling, riding and working with horses is a dangerous activity.
It’s understood and acknowledged that serious injury or death may result from all activities involving horses.
The visitor agrees that any equine activities involving horses is done at your own risk, and the Host (Property Owner) cannot have any claims, suits, actions or demands made against them in the instance of an accident, injury or death to any persons or animals.
With respect to the landlord, the purpose of this agreement is to exclude the liability of the Provider to all Participants.

Amazing genuine pet friendly stay in the High Country
We just returned from an incredible stay at this genuine pet-friendly escape (will accomdate up to 6 animals of all sizes!), and it was everything we’d hoped for! The property is situated halfway between Benalla and Mansfield, down a charming farm track that gives you a true sense of seclusion but do come prepared as it is 5km from the local roadhouse or a half an hour drive to to get groceries (which suited us just fine.) The interior is well layed out, with thoughtful touches and is beautifully decorated, from the cozy living room with a fireplace to the wellstocked kitchen and comfortable beds, every detail is meant to make guests feel relaxed and at ease. The huge fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, who loved exploring safely while we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. This spot served as an ideal base for exploring the local history, including a day trip to Glenrowan to see the site of Ned Kelly's last stand, and we had a wonderful time visiting some beautiful wineries in King Valley. Bringing back a bottle to enjoy on the deck was the cherry on top. Communication with the host was flawless, and they even accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and pet-friendly getaway, this place is perfect. We’re already planning our next visit!

Samantha was a wonderful Host , helped out on anything that was required . Samantha made the stay welcoming Beautiful peaceful surroundings comfortable home My dogs had a great time as well . Would definitely go back.
