"This is a retreat and lives up to the name, so be prepared for an experiential stay. The area is beautiful. It is in the Rain Forrest similar to a country or mountainous town in the U.S., so at night you'll hear tree frogs and nature. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower.
