Beautiful remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath house

Need a vacation rental, a business stay or a temporary home. This place is for you. The house is a ranch style home perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. There is a large beautiful back patio to enjoy for BBQs as well as a firepit that is entertainment ready. Large privacy fenced back yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a large park 1 block from the house for the kids to enjoy as well as Holmes Lake park 4 miles away which offers fishing, kayaking , a 2 mile walking trail around lake, playgrounds and picnic areas. This house is located only 4 miles from downtown Lincoln for those who are sports fans, concert goer and enjoy the night life. Shopping malls as well as many other store within a few miles of the home. You are located 10 miles from the LIncoln Airport and 1 hour from the Omaha Airport. There is a bus system in the neighborhood as well as Uber to take you to your destination.
The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs have comfortable queen size beds .The kitchen has everything needed to cook all your meals. Grocery store is approx. 1 mile from the house. Upstairs also includes a large master bath. Downstairs there 2 more bedrooms one with queen size bed and another with 2 queen size beds along with another bathroom. Included also is a washer and dryer for your use.
Internet is provided.
If you are an outdoors person Nebraska offers many places for bike riding, fishing, and boating as well.

State Tennis Trip

We came into town from Colorado to celebrate our daughters graduation from UNL. It's a little further than we'd like, but the tradeoff was a quiet non college environment to relax in and enjoy time as a family. It had EVERYTHING we needed minus larger serving bowls. Beds were very comfortable. There bedroom in the basement with 2 beds does not have a door on it, it wasn't a concern for us. Great place!
