"Amazing. Right from the start the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. Food was delicious - we ate at the hotel for dinner - having the 'pigs' in blanket sharing starter and then both steak pies. Next morning - breakfast was great - although there was no 'bacon' for us - the server compensated by offering us additional sausages - so it wasn't too much of a disappointment. "

"A very pleasant, cosy hotel in a fairly isolated, but not too far away from town position, excellent condition and kept clean, parking was plentiful and good. If I had to criticise anything it would be that the door closers on some of the doors are not properly adjusted, as a result our neighbours for the first night kept us awake until 02:00AM by constantly letting their door slam."
