"Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice "

"Charming hotel on an island hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The morning buffet breakfast was all homemade with a combination of delicious eggs, smoked meats, grilled vegetables, pastries and cakes. The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Ben spoke four languages and made all the arrangements we needed for excursions and scooter rentals. He literally puts his whole heart into his job. We would definitely recommend staying here. "A great place to chill out on the terrace. Alessia and Paola were very welcoming and helpful. Salvatore picked us up and dropped us off in lipari port. The bus to town is frequent and steps away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!"
