"From the outside it looks unremarkable, but this hotel is perfect for a city break. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids (10+12). The room was perfectly clean and a really good size, with comfy beds and a lovely little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great for hopping on the tube (250m away), and Uber works really well in Lisbon. The breakfasts were of a good standard and room service dinner food was tasty and good value. We couldn't have picked a better value...

"The Hotel Lisboa Plaza is a nice quaint hotel in a quiet side street, close to amenities and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Ths staff were very helpful and polite and the rooms and hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and even a chocolate fountain. "This is a very decent place to stay. Although it doesn't have all the vibrants in old downtown, but it is quiet and safe to walk. The hotel is nice. We can definitely tell that they spent money on updating the hotel and the rooms. In general, decent place to stay. The few areas that need improvement are: Bathroom needs more light and shower handle broken, needs better quality inspection before handing to customers. The thermostat is old and hard to control"
