The staff at Moxy were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was great with lots of options, and the atmosphere was fun and pleasant! The bar was a great place to chill and enjoy some signature cocktails! Altogether a wonderful experience!

We checked in to the hotel late, and the staff was friendly and very welcoming! We had plans to go to Porto the following morning, and we asked if we could leave luggage at the hotel until our return two days later. They were so accommodating and very polite and positive! We went down for breakfast in the morning and it was fabulous! Very pleasant atmosphere and a wonderful experience!

The property is right across the street from the Lisboa Oriente bus/train station, which is across the street from a big mall. It’s also not too far from the airport. It was a perfect location to arrive back to Lisbon from Albufeira on the FlixBus. We were leaving Portugal the next day and it was just a short Uber to the airport. If you need to take an Uber early in the morning, I would schedule it the night before; it took 17 minutes for our Uber to get to us (between 630 and 7 AM). It’s also near the aquarium, gondola ride and Vasco da Gama bridge and viewing tower. It’s not near a ton of shops and restaurants(except what’s in the mall). You should stay in the Baixa neighborhood if you want that. Moxie as a very quirky, unique hotel. The staff is great and if you need English-speaking, they speak English. My bed was not super comfortable, but I was only there one night and I take a sleeping pill, so it was fine. No laundry there. It be great if they could add some self serve laundry. They did direct us to one that was 15 min walk away, and that was fine, but your own soap.

The property location is very good, across Oriente Station. I am very disappointed about staff. They charged me twice my bill. One in my credit card and other to my husband's credit card.
