The property is completely average and there were several disappointing things about our room, despite being an executive suite. Shower wouldn’t drain and excess water spilled everywhere. Bathroom sink was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Stains in multiple places in the room. And the room itself was awkward and not well designed. Staff was hit or miss on friendliness. Waited 30 mins for bags to be brought up. Had to go down and remind them. House keeping failed to replace coffee cups. No face cloths. Toilet paper refill wasn’t replaced.

I have stayed here more than once now. I love the location and breakfast is excellent. I wish there was more storage for clothes in the room. But otherwise, great!

Do not stay on the 8th floor. There is a bar on the 9th where the staff must wear clogs, the music is loud, and at 1 am they decide to shift noisy tables across the floor.
