"The front desk women and room people were excellent! They were always there to help and the hotel is very cozy and charming. Really loved all of the special decorator touches Having the peacocks there was a special touch! Would definitely recommend this hotel even though getting up and down the hotel was a but crazy but for me that added to the experience. Thank you to everyone who made our stay much more pleasant and easy!"

"We loved our stay at the hotel. Staff was very warm and welcoming, room was beautiful, with a lovely view, and a very nice size room for a European hotel room. Charming lobby with a small gym and Pool. One of the best things, though, is its location. Very centrally located on a beautiful street with shopping and dining options. A perfect stay!"

"Great location and friendly staff . Upgraded to suite which was beautiful. Good breakfast. Only negative was husband had picked up a coffee at starbucks next door and tried to go to bar to have before bed cocktails and told he could not bring it in so we left. I think if we were going to order drinks in bar that this should have been allowed. As I said otherwise just a beautiful property with very friendly staff and very good breakfast. "
