"Housekeeping was extremely attentive. Snacks were waiting for us every afternoon. The Wine Experience, or flight of 3 wines and some bites, was a great way to connect with the sommelier and some other guests. Breakfast had a ton of good options and a wide enough timeframe to accommodate early risers and late sleepers. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. A number of terrific restaurants within walking distance, our favorites were: Cevicheria and José Avillez’s Mini Bar."

"I booked two rooms for the five of us (five friends). The rooms were clean and nice, and the location is great! 15 mins Uber ride to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Since our flight was late, they allowed us to stay past checkout and use one of the rooms, which was very convenient. The sky bar was really nice but a bit expensive! Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend!"

"This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived early after a red eye from Miami and they checked us in at 8:30 in the morning. It only go better from there. the location is perfect and right next to a main Metro station that can get you anywhere in Lisbon in 20 minutes or less. the room are superb and cleaned daily, including towels and face clothes not available in every Portuguese hotel. "Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Our room overlooked Rossio Plaza and the subway line is only a block or two away. There are restaurants, shopping and sites all within walking distance (be forewarned of Lisbon’s hills!). We were greeted with pastries and port wine and the staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also good. The only suggestions I would give the hotel would be to install USB outlets in the rooms and a shelf in the shower. "
