"It’s a great and cozy place"

"The host was easy to communicate with before & after our stay and very kind. The house: My cousins and I rented this house to be able to have everyone together, and it was perfect. While, we didn't use the sofa bed, we did bring our own airbed for the living room and still had plenty of space to move around and hang out. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook meals for everyone and there was enough seating in the dining rm/kitchen area for everyone. Having enough space to park 3 cars was also...

"We enjoy our stay, very safe and quiet place. The beds were very confortable and the apartment was clean and modern."

"We were not told how noisy with the airplanes to prepare for it and bed too stiff. We pay for cleaning service but we had to clean kitchen, floor and take out garbage. Might as well do all and save in fee!"

"We booked this property for a 3 night joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Plenty of space inside and the outdoor area was a great vibe and we had an awesome time grilling outside and in the pool. Great location means cheaper Ubers to downtown, Brickell, etc. highly recommend this place and we will look to stay again if ever needed in the future!"
