Always Great!!
We have stayed at this property numerous times and it is always great. Very clean, very well stocked and great location. It is on a busy street and getting trickier to back out, but still a great place to stay.

Great weekend in Little Rock. This place worked great. It is as advertised. Suggest walking to Oyster Bar for good meal. The Root and HLB were tops. Red Door overpriced.

Brief but beautiful.
A brief stay while taking my oldest and a friend to Comic-con. Furnishings were old-school like I was visiting grandma’s house. Very comfortable, clean, and makes you feel like home. Bathrooms and kitchen are super clean and newly remodeled. Beds are comfortable and backyard and landscaping is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the location of the property. It was close to downtown and all the places we had planned to visit. The house was clean and as described. We had an issue with the TV and had to text the owner, who responded quickly with the answer, but if there had been written instructions on how the system worked, that text would not have been necessary. We all agreed that we would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location. Beautiful home!
We stayed at the lovely purple house for 30 days. Ruth worked with us on the rental dates to accommodate our needs. Our son had surgery at a local hospital in Little Rock and we are from the New Orleans area. Our grand-dog was also able to stay with us (she has good manners). We were very fortunate to find a place that met all of our needs. Little Rock is a great place to visit and the location of these house is the best. Pretty close to everything. Too much to say....,, but we were pleased!

A Peaceful Stay
The purple house was conveniently located to family we were visiting and it is a very comfortable and lovely home with all the amenities you need. When you enter, you will notice the hard work Jaime and Ruth put into the home to make it a great stay for their guests. Spacious bedrooms and closets, easy to find all you need in the kitchen, a nice dining room, comfy couches in the TV room and family friendly. Ruth was quick to get back to us when we had questions and they were resolved quickly. Overall a really nice property and stay. Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is peaceful and just what you need when you are away from your home. Thank you Ruth and Jaime!

Diamond in the Rough
The Vrbo was just what we needed for a family trip. The home has been so nicely updated and has everything you need. The master is separated from the other two bedrooms by the kitchen which was perfect for our two families to be together under one roof, yet have our own space. The backyard was perfect for our pups and the hydrangeas were beautiful! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the parking situation being a little tricky as it is off a major road and the backyard wasn’t completely fenced in for our pups to be outside off leash. Great location and easy access to highway and everything we wanted to see in Little Rock. Would definitely recommend!!

This property is great. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. Great manager to work with as well. The location is very convenient to the Little Rock area. Easy to get in and out of. The back yard is nice and gated for pets to be secure. Love it and hope to stay there next time we are in Little Rock.

Great Stay!
House was just right! Had just what we needed and location was great (other than the busy street). No street noise in the master bedroom in the back. Trees will leave a lot of sap on cars so be sure to wash after the stay!

We stayed here with our family while we were attending a wedding outside of Little Rock. The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the sitting room at the back of the house. If you are planning to cook a lot, this might not be the house for you. The kitchen items were fairly sparse compared to other rentals we've stayed in (e.g., older pots and pans, no colander). One of the people staying in the front bedroom was bothered by the traffic noise on the weekend. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Home away from home
My husband, my daughter, her boyfriend and our two dogs stayed here in late July. We are from LR, but haven't lived there in five years. We were delighted to be close to everything and loved the house and yard. It's the perfect size with plenty of room to stretch out and the fenced back garden is great to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It was well-stocked and maintained. We will be back.
