The staff were very friendly. There wasn't free parking but there was on-street pay parking and a garage about 2 blocks away. The room wasn't very nice.

The check in was easy but the staff member wasn’t very friendly. The room we paid for was unavailable due to “water damage” and we were given a room with smaller beds. The room was clean but there were cracks in the walls and paint peeling. The bed was comfy and the included breakfast was adequate. Overall not bad for a one night stay but probably wouldn’t recommend for extended stays.

The hotel charged me the reservation fee, and I drove 8 hours with my family to get there. We arrived at 4 a.m., but the front desk person refused to give us our room, claiming check-in ended at 11 p.m. and marking us as a "no-show." I explained that I was here now, needed to get some sleep and that the hotel had already charged me for the stay. We were all exhausted, but she insisted that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay again. Otherwise, I could not access the room from my original reservation. I told her that in this case, we would have to sleep in the car, which was unacceptable, but she said there was nothing she could do. This was the worst and most terrible trip I have ever experienced, with horrendous customer service from the hotel. To make matters worse, Expedia told me that since the hotel marked me as a "no-show," they could do nothing except request a refund on my behalf. It was truly a nightmare.

We’ve done overnight stays here several times. Dependable comfort and front desk staff. This facility is scheduled for renovations (pool area specifically needs work). This recent trip lacked amenities in bathroom, specifically shampoo/conditioner/lotion containers were empty and blow dryer did not work. Convenient location.

The staff was very nice. I requested a normal king size bed room and was directed to a room with a handicap shower that flooded the bathroom floor. Several outlets in the room were inoperable. If one has mobile devices --one may want to consider bringing a power strip. I had to request several remotes to operate the TV. Other than these minor inconveniences -my stay was great.

We had had to stand out in the door entry for over an hour due to our key entry being turned off. The front desk had left. It was about eight of us who couldn't get in. It was cold. We thought about parking garage thats how we got in. I would advise not staying.
