We feel as though we lucked out picking this hotel. Steps from the train station without feeling it, across the street from a park, easy walking to all the tourist spots, the staff was friendly and helpful, room super clean! What more can you want? Oh yes, an excellent restaurant!

Location, location
Awesome location! Car park was next to the hotel so that was convenient, but the location was walkable to the major sites, we didn’t need the car. The staff was helpful and attentive. Delong (I don’t think I spelled his name correctly) came out to the courtyard to help me when he saw me crossing the courtyard with my luggage’s and then brought me water as I was checking in). Our room was spacious, and we would have enjoyed the view more if it hadn’t been for the huge glob of bird poop on the window. The dining room where we had breakfast could use some attention as well. Over all, great stay, will definitely stay there again

Satisfactory but
Bed was quite uncomfortable, upgraded to a king, but it was really two mattresses instead of one. Only 2 plugs with normal UK plugs and they were at the desk in room. The positive are that the staff is friendly and the hotel is a stone's throw from Liverpool Lime St train station
