Right next door to conference centre, perfect location for me. Rooms spacious, clean and nicely decorated, good view from huge window, aircon/heating silent and effective, breakfasts excellent. We had a fabulous stay! I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Liverpool. It is in a good location, close enough to the city centre but also away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were really friendly and helpful whenever required. We stayed on the 7th floor and had amazing view. We will be booking again to stay in summer.

Lovely hotel within walking disrance ro the Riyal Albert Docks and City Centre. Parking is conveniently nearby and reduced for hotel guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very varied and great choice of food. Room spacious and choice of different pillows. Great view over the city and the Mersey. Minor thing is that for a 4 star hotel the coffee in the room is unfortunately instant Nescafe. So many better oprions available, maybe something to look into. Other than that no issue reported, will gladly book again!
