"The overall design and room amenities were very nice. I was very pleased they allowed me to check in early as I had work to do and the desk/table in the room was perfect. The only complaint I have is about the bed. It was not very comfortable and I have never seen such tiny pillows. Other than that, I really enjoyed the room. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. However, two of the desk clerks were fairly rude and dismissive. "
