The Chalets A-Frames are iconic, romantic, cozy and comfortable with two queen bed sleeping areas and one full bath. Arranged along the ridge of a hill, each A-Frames has a private deck with hot tub, grill and view into mature woods. Their vaulted open-concept living areas include a kitchenette, dining for four, fire place, flat-screen tv, exposed beams and lots of light. And every one is pet-friendly*! The A-Frames are at the Chalets' Old Man's Cave location of 140 acres, 31 cabins, pool, firepits, SaunaPods, electric vehicle charging stations, office and neighboring General Store. It sits two miles from the epicenter of the region: Hocking Hills State Park visitors center.

Two of us stayed in chalet #11 for three nights in November. The chalet is charming, clean, and in good condition. Downstairs bedroom is a bit musty, but we stayed in the loft bedroom using the lower one as a closet. Loved the hot tub and fire place. Wi-fi is barely there. Just mentionning it so you don't count on it. Knowing all this, we would still stayed there again!

Great location
The setting of this cottage is lovely on the mountain side. The back porch with the hot tub lets you enjoy the peace and beauty of nature that surrounds the cabin. It was a comfortable size for 2-4 people. It would have been nice to have a coat rack in the entrance area (or any common area). We missed having somewhere to put our clothes, like a low table, chair or dresser in the bedrooms. No clothes rack upstairs or even hooks for clothes. There are no suitcase stands.

Amazing stay definitely will be going back. Everything was like it was portrayed on line except us having to remove the leaves and I they should have had coffee packets like hotels do but other than that very clean very inviting very quiet and relaxing

Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. With the backdrop of the woods behind the chalet, Access to the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. The only minor inconvenience we had to deal with was we had no Wi-Fi. That may have been a blessing in disguise because it forced us to not use our phones as much as we normally would have and probably only enhanced our experience.

We stayed in the A-frame cabins near Old Man's Cave. The location was perfect for our needs; the cabin was clean and inviting. The hot tub was wonderful; perfect for a dip after hiking. It was very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out were seamless.

It was clean. Easy to check in and out. The hot tub is nice and everything worked great. My only complaint is that it was so close to the other A frame cabins there wasn’t much privacy. The sauna pods were very nice. Just a little pricey to use. Overall good. Would recommend

Awesome cabin close to Old Mans Cave
The cabin was very clean. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The pool was a little cold for me but the kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again! :)

The cabin is beautifully situated on a hilltop with beautiful views!! The kids loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but I do recommend bringing an extra pillow if you sleep with more than one pillow. Also, if using the hot tub, bring extra towels because you only get 4. Within about 10 minute drive to Hocking Hills attractions. Would stay here again!!
